  1. There may be a little peculiar smell or white smoke when the tunnel furnace is used for the first time. It is because of the contact of the new product, and the electric furnace will automatically disappear after baking for a period of time, which does not affect the function of the machine.
  2. Depending on the environment, it is best to install an exhaust pipe to the outside of the tunnel furnace.
  3. Do not place any items on the top of the continuous tunnel furnace cover to avoid affecting the function of the machine.
  4. After the tunnel furnace is used, first close the heating switch, and only let the body continue to cool naturally to extend the life of the heating wire, and then close the power supply after the temperature drops to 100 degrees.
  5. The tunnel furnace box should be cleaned at least once a week to ensure the excellent work of the electric furnace and maintain the excellent quality.
  6. The electrical switchboard must be cleaned once a month and check whether the fixing screws are loose.
  7. The ventilation holes at the back of the tunnel furnace must be carefully cleaned for ventilation and drainage.
