1 Weekday maintenance can make the machine run more smoothly, prolong the service life of the machine, and improve production efficiency.
2 Clean the UV room of the machine at least once a week, clean the electrical switchboard once a month and check whether the fixing screws fall off, the exhaust motor removes dust from the fan blades every three months, and whether the grounding wire falls off, to ensure the good operation of the machine and the maintenance of test quality .
3 The machine depends on the environment. It is best to install the air intake and exhaust pipes to the outside. The vents on the top cover of the machine must be cleaned to facilitate ventilation and heat dissipation.
4 Do not touch the lamp directly with your hands. If you touch the lamp, please wipe it with alcohol (95%).
5. The UV chamber, reflective aluminum plate and lamp tube of the machine should be cleaned with denatured alcohol once a week, and the thumb nut fixing screws should be locked to avoid poor contact and ensure the good operation of the machine and the maintenance of test quality.
6 If there is dust on the porcelain head of the lamp tube, it must be wiped clean frequently to prevent poor contact.
7 Do not put any objects on the top cover of the machine to avoid affecting the performance of the machine.
8 After the machine is finished, it will stop the switch "ON", let the exhaust fan continue to cool the lamp to prolong the life of the lamp, and the machine will automatically turn off the power after about 6-8 minutes.
9 Check whether the over-temperature preventer (temperature controller) is set correctly, and check whether the temperature sensing line falls off.
10. Please take over the exhaust port of the control box and connect the exhaust pipes of the upper and lower boxes to the outside at the same time, so as to prevent the dust of the control box from polluting the clean room, and keep the control box at room temperature to avoid premature damage of electrical parts.
