Operation process and maintenance requirements of tunnel furnace

The operation process of the tunnel furnace:
1. Turn on the front-end main switch power supply and energize the tunnel furnace.

2. Press the belt start switch to start the belt, and adjust the speed control switch to set the belt speed at the speed of the corresponding product.

3. Turn on the main heating switch, and then start from temperature zone 20, and gradually turn on all the temperature zones in turn.

4. Observe whether the belt moves normally and whether it is skewed. If the belt is skewed, please adjust the belt tension and balance adjustment handle to balance the belt.

5. After the use is completed, firstly turn off the heating switches of each temperature zone one by one, let the belt idle for about 5 minutes, and then press the belt stop switch.

Tunnel furnace maintenance requirements:
1. Clean the belt with a damp cloth before leaving get off work every day.

2. Clean the inside of the tunnel furnace once a month, open the furnace cover, and use an air gun to blow out or pick out foreign objects in the furnace.

3. Oil the rotating parts of the furnace head and furnace tail every month to reduce wear and tear.
