Instructions for use of tunnel furnace
Device:
<1> Place of installation:
1. Excellent ventilation. 2 No dripping water and heavy moisture. 3. No corrosive gas and liquid.
〈2〉Using the power supply:
1. The main power supply is 380V (of which the control circuit is 220V) 2. The main power supply connector must be tightly locked.
3. The wiring should be correct so that the fan motor works according to the arrow. 4. Connect the ground wire
3. Operation process:
<1> Place the product on the conveyor belt. <2> Turn on the power switch of the tunnel furnace. <3> Turn on the ventilation switches 1 to 5 of the tunnel furnace. <4> Tunnel furnace 1 to 5 set the required temperature of the product <5> Turn on the heating switch 1 to 5 <6> Turn on the transport switch <7> The knob on the inverter panel can be adjusted to the required speed.
When shutting down, please turn off all power switches, first turn off the heating switch, and then turn off all power switches after a period of time.
During maintenance and inspection, be sure to cut off the total power input to the oven first.
Please wipe the conveyor belt with an air gun or clean water.
Use an air gun for local dust removal of electrical appliances, motors, etc.
