    1. Temperature: choose 10 degrees higher than the actual temperature. According to the process requirements, calculate the actual required temperature difference to ensure the baking effect. Example: If the operating temperature is 150 degrees, 220 degrees, 360 degrees, 440 degrees, do it according to the maximum design temperature of 500 degrees. 4 temperatures, if it is the same product. It is best to use thyristor for control. Different products are used at low temperature. The temperature difference should be slightly larger. The actual use effect of 150 degrees and 220 degrees is not as good as a low-temperature oven. Use a medium-temperature 500-degree oven, and the 150-degree baking temperature difference is 2-5 degrees higher than a low-temperature 250-degree oven. It also depends on the quality of the manufacturer's equipment. The oven is divided into low temperature (0-250 degrees), medium temperature 250-600 degrees), high temperature (600-1500 degrees), more than 1200 degrees, the company recommends heating with carbon silicon rods, which can be selected according to the process requirements of the product.

    2. Unloading: how to put the product in, you can layer the oven, configure the tray, and have a mesh tray. Solid plate, punching plate. If you have more, you can use a material rack and a frame. But beware - one problem. Is it convenient for the operator to operate. For example: an oven with a height of 1500 and a width of 1500 and a depth of 850mm. If you make a baking tray to put items, you must consider whether the operator can move it.

    3. Place the venue: If the oven is placed on the floor. Consider whether you can enter the door and enter the elevator.

    The use environment of the industrial oven is strictly prohibited to be close to flammable and explosive items such as water and paint. Otherwise there is a danger of explosion. At the same time, when the industrial oven is in use, the exhaust port must be connected to an external exhaust pipe. Most of the glue and the baked goods in the paint will produce some gases that are harmful to the human body in the high temperature environment. If they are discharged in time, it will endanger the health of people.
